YWCA Cambridge, a member of a world-wide network, is a non-profit organization working with and for women and their families. Through proactive leadership, we offer high quality programs and services, advocate for social and economic change and work towards the empowerment and self-determination of all women.
Through leadership and advocacy, YWCA Cambridge is creating a society where women and girls are respected, valued and equal.
Our Values
Women's Leadership: The YWCA works with and for women and from a women's perspective. We believe women must take leadership in order to achieve equity and equality for all women.
Accessibility: The YWCA is committed to being inclusive, accessible and welcoming to all people who participate in our work, our programs and our services.
Stewardship: We believe that we are accountable to our stakeholders and as such we manage and grow our organization in a responsible and sustainable way related to our mission, vision and values.
