To register your child at one of our Child Care Centres please contact the Centre Supervisor at the location of your choice. The Supervisor will be able to advise you as to availability of space, answer any questions you might have, arrange for a personal tour and provide you with any forms that you will need.
In the Region of Waterloo, child care centres use OneList as the system for managing waiting lists and registration. Once you have selected the centre that you would like to enrol at or be on the waiting list for, you must complete an online application using OneList Waterloo Region at https://regionofwaterloo.onehsn.com
Fees and Payment
Fees are due one month in advance payable on the first of the month. Once a space is guaranteed, there is a $15 non-refundable registration fee. A fee deposit in the amount of $100 is required at the time of registration and is deducted from the first month's fees. Should a family change their mind, this deposit will be kept in lieu of one month's notice.
A non-refundable deposit is required annually for fall registration in our Kindergarten and school age before and after school programs. This deposit is applied to September fees.
Withdrawal
Should you wish to withdraw your child from the program at any time we require 1 month's notice or fees in lieu.
Subsidy
Subsidy is available for qualifying families through the Region of Waterloo Child Care Subsidy office. Contact the Region or the YWCA for more information.
